Founder Megan Wallace has investigated thousands of subjects over the span of two decades. Early in her career, she launched the hedge fund practice of a multinational investigative firm. Simultaneously, Megan oversaw all field operations originating from that firm’s New York City office.
In subsequent years, Megan has served as lead investigator on numerous qui tam and class action lawsuits — collaborations that have resulted in multimillion-dollar judgments in her clients’ favor.
She has worked in New York, London and Mexico City.
Megan is additionally licensed as an attorney in New York State. She graduated from Cardozo School of Law with academic distinctions and attended the honors college at the University of Michigan.

After beginning her career in diplomacy, Myfanwy joined the Mexico City office of a multinational investigative firm in 2006. There and in subsequent positions, Myfanwy has carried out complex transactional due diligence, anti-money laundering, anti-piracy and special investigations. In conjunction with such work, Myfanwy has developed an extensive network of contacts in diverse sectors throughout Mexico.
Myfanwy has additional experience with Mexico’s Federal Police, where she worked with the head of internal affairs in investigating criminal and civil matters.
She is a native speaker of Spanish and English.

Jennifer brings to her work twenty years of experience in complex research analytics, interviews and surveillance.
Most recently, Jennifer directed a staff of research analysts for a top New York private investigations and consulting firm. In this role, she provided litigation support and carried out comprehensive asset searches and domestic and international due diligence. Jennifer has additional experience in long-term integrity monitoring.
Jennifer has a master’s degree in criminal justice, with a specialization in investigations, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Northeastern University.

Anna-Catherine brings a background in journalism to her interview work. She has covered migration, politics, environmental and gender issues in Mexico and Central America since 2015, reporting for such media outlets as Washington Post, The Guardian, TIME, Texas Observer and Al Jazeera.
Her work has been recognized by the Livingston Awards, National Press Club and One World Media Awards.
She is currently based in San Salvador, El Salvador and was previously based in Guatemala City, Mexico City, Medellin and Buenos Aires. She has reported throughout Latin America and is fluent in Spanish.

Fernando has an extensive background in desktop, archival and field research in Mexico. He has worked as a researcher, reporter and editor with a variety of Mexican publications, including El Universal, Sin Embargo MX, Día Siete, Chilango, Travesías, Who and máspormás.
Fernando has a degree in Communication Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Elizabeth brings a broad background in the humanities to her interview work. She holds a master's degree in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin and dual bachelor's degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
Pipkin has served as a project manager in a diverse range of fields, including government affairs, public health and the arts. She has additional extensive experience as a writer, editor, and Spanish-English translator.

Alejandro has worked as a journalist for such outlets as El Universal, Vice, La Silla Rota, Proceso, Aristegui Noticias and Washington Post. He has additionally served as principal researcher on documentary and long-form projects, including Netflix’s “The Three Deaths of Marisela Escobedo.” His work has garnered various awards, including, in 2021, the Inter-American Press Association’s Journalistic Excellence Award.
Alejandro has a degree in Communication Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
